Sambuca Italian Restaurant

is a family run restaurant close to the Meadows and Summerhall in Edinburgh. It is an established traditional local Italian restaurant since 2001 with a range of delicious cuisine and regular clientele.

All of our pastas are homemade and freshly prepared. We have a varied menu including vegetarian, meat and seafood. We also have a large selection of wines, beers and soft drinks for you to enjoy.

We are open Wednesday to Saturday between 12 to 2:30pm & 5.00 to 11.00pm; Sunday 5.00 to 10.00pm and Monday 5.00 to 11.00pm.
